Returns and Replacements Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

We want you to be happy with your order! If anything arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it.

Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and send us some photos or other evidence of the damage or defect. We'll take care of the cost of the replacement and any return shipping.

Wrong Product or Size

If we accidentally send you the wrong product or size, we'll get the correct item to you right away.

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll cover the costs of the replacement and any return shipping.

Returns

Since we make your products to order, we can't accept returns if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Replacement or Return

If you need to request a replacement or return, please contact our customer support team. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem (damage, defect, wrong product, etc.)
  • Photos or other evidence (if needed)

Our customer support team will review your request and give you instructions on what to do next.

Important Notes

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • If your package gets lost in transit, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If you give us an address that the shipping carrier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. In that case, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once we confirm the correct address with you.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to Printful's facility, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to yourself or your customer.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks.
